Benefits Specialist
This employee will serve as a customer service representative answering a high volume of phone calls concerning GIC benefits. This role is also responsible for managing external interactions through GIC’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Life Insurance Specialist
This employee determines eligibility and processes insurance coverage documents ensuring that all applications are accurate, complete, and in compliance with GIC’s eligibility rules.
Data Entry Specialist
This employee will be responsible for the accurate data entry of information from insurance enrollment and change forms and other source documents by the required deadlines; verifies and corrects data entry information, ensures that member information is accurate in Salesforce and GIC’s eligibility system, and assists other employees in organizing, planning and scheduling work in the unit.
