Project Manager
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this position will lead short and long-term business and information technology projects at the GIC to ensure the projects are strategically aligned with the agency’s mission and the Governor’s priorities, closely coordinated with the agency’s operations, high quality, non-duplicative, and measurable. The Project Manager will work closely with all departments and agency leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in scope.
Office Support Specialist
Assigned to the Operations Department, this position is responsible for the accurate data entry of information from insurance enrollment and change forms and other source documents by the required deadlines; verifies and corrects data entry information, ensures that member information is accurate in GIC’s CRM system Salesforce and GIC’s eligibility system; assists other employees in organizing, planning, and scheduling work in the unit. This job will currently be primarily telework.
