When you make your quarterly payment to Department of Revenue be sure to include your Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) withholdings for last quarter. Payments are made through MassTaxConnect and due by 1/31/2020. Please refer to the Massachusetts Department of Revenue website for filing instructions.

Department of Unemployment Assistance
DUA oversees the unemployment insurance (UI) program, which provides temporary income assistance to eligible workers in Massachusetts. DUA also determines and collects employer contributions to the UI program.
