Boston, MA — The Commission on Judicial Conduct has reprimanded a judge for treating parties appearing before the judge in two separate matters discourteously, in violation of Rule 2.8(B) of the Code of Judicial Conduct.
The judge has also agreed to retire voluntarily after unsuccessfully struggling to overcome health difficulties.
