BOSTONThe MCAD has made temporary emergency changes to its processes and procedures during the COVID-19 health crisis including the suspension of in-person services. Please click here for more information.

If you wish to file a complaint, you may do so by calling one of our offices listed below.  Your call will be returned by one of our Investigators. 

Please be advised that if a Complainant is unable to file a complaint during this public health emergency, the Investigating Commissioner may extend the filing deadline. See, 804 CMR 1.01 and 804 CMR 1.04 (2020).

    The MCAD is the independent state agency that enforces the Massachusetts anti-discrimination laws by investigating Discrimination Complaints to determine if the case may proceed to conciliation or a public hearing at the Commission. The MCAD also offers remedial and preventative training, and publishes resources online such as model policies, posters, and guides.
