Mass. — The MA Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) has launched a COVID-19 Information & Resource Center webpage outlining temporary emergency changes to its processes and procedures during the current health crisis.
These changes include the suspension of in-person services until further notice, the implementation of electronic service, and instructions on how to file a Complaint while the offices are closed to the public.
