myGICLink
Recently, we announced an exciting modernization effort at GIC that will transform the agency. We will move from relying on paper-based transactions to modern systems and processes that will empower us to provide exceptional support to our members. At the heart of this transformation is the implementation of Salesforce, a CRM platform and DocuSign, a tool for electronic form submission; these will significantly impact the way GIC staff and GIC Coordinators interact.
PROJECT PROGRESS
Over the last few months we have been in an active phase of design, development and testing. On Wednesday, December 4th, we launched myGICLink to all GIC Staff and 29 Pilot Agencies and Municipalities. Over the next six weeks, successive Waves of Agencies will be launched until all GIC Agencies are utilizing myGICLink!
We are pleased to let you know that your Agency/Municipality has been selected to be part of Wave 1 of the next phase of implementation.

PREPARING TO LAUNCH ON DECEMBER 18TH
Important - Please be sure to share this information with the other GIC Coordinators in your agency!
- GIC Coordinator MAGIC Portal (Online agencies only) - You will see the myGICLink on the MAGIC Home Page and on each Members record. This link will allow the Coordinator to request, sign and send enrollment forms to the Member and GIC electronically.
- GIC Website- Members in your Agency/Municipality have the ability to request, sign and send enrollment forms to their Coordinator and GIC electronically using the myGICLink member page.
- Quick Reference Guide (QRG) - This QRG will guide you through the steps to support Members when they request GIC Enrollment Forms.
- eLearning Module - This module will demonstrate the process to support Members and Coordinators when they request and complete GIC Enrollment Forms. The module is about 8 minutes long. We recommend you have the QRG handy while going through the Module so you can take notes.
