News  New Variance Application - Starting May, 1, 2026 older versions will no longer be accepted

A new edition of the Variance and Variance Amendment Applications are now live.  These have been designed for increased ease of use and screen-reader compatibility.  Starting this Friday, May 1, 2026, the Board will no longer accept application with a revision date earlier than 4/2026.  You can check the revision date in the bottom right corner of the application.
