A hybrid public hearing will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 10:30 a.m., 1000 Washington Street, First Floor, Hearing Room 1-D, Boston, Massachusetts and via an MS Team link which will be posted by Friday, November 1, 2024 by 12:00 noon.
