Boston — Today, Treasurer Goldberg spoke to the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce as parts of its Government Affairs Forum on several topics, including the successful launch and expansion of SeedMA, the Commonwealth’s first-ever college savings account program which kicked off last August in Worcester, the implications of potentially legalizing marijuana this November, and the future of bringing the Massachusetts lottery online.
