The Braintree MRC Office serves individuals who reside in the following towns: Braintree, Cohasset, Hingham, Hull, Milton, Norwell, Norwood, Quincy, Randolph, Scituate, Walpole and Weymouth.

The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Unit serves Deaf and Hard of Hearing Individuals not only from the above towns but the Boston area as well, including: Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Dorchester, Downtown, Kenmore Square, North End, S. Boston, South End, and West End.

This Area Office serves the following communities: Allston, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Boston, Brighton, Brookline, Charlestown, Chelsea, Dedham, Dorchester, East Boston, Jamaica Plain, Kenmore Square, North End, Revere, Roslindale, South Boston, West End, West Roxbury and Winthrop.

This Area Office serves the following communities: Amesbury, Andover, Boxford, Bradford, Byfield, Georgetown, Groveland, Haverhill, Lawrence, Merrimac, Methuen, Newbury, Newburyport, North Andover, Rowley, Salisbury, and West Newbury.

This Area Office serves the following communities: Acton, Bedford, Billerica, Boxborough, Burlington, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Concord, Dracut, Dunstable, Lexington, Littleton, Lowell, North Reading, Reading, Tewksbury, Tyngsborough, Westford, Wilmington, and Woburn.

This Area Office serves the following communities: Hyde Park, Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan and the South End of Boston.

The Springfield MRC Office serves individuals who reside in the following towns: Agawam, Blandford, Chester, East Longmeadow, Feeding Hills, Granville, Hampden, Huntington, Longmeadow, Montgomery, Russell, Southwick, Springfield, Tolland, West Springfield, Westfield and Wilbraham. Additionally, this center also now serves those formerly covered by the Holyoke Office. This includes the following communities: Belchertown, Chesterfield, Chicopee, Easthampton, Granby, Holyoke, Ludlow, Middlefield, Monson, Northampton, Palmer, South Hadley, Southampton, Ware, Westhampton, and Worthington.

This Area Office serves the following communities: Auburn, Boylston, Cherry Valley, Holden, Leicester, Paxton, Shrewsbury, West Boylston, and Worcester.
