Overview
The Springfield Office serves individuals who reside in the following towns: Agawam, Blandford, Chester, East Longmeadow, Feeding Hills, Granville, Hampden, Huntington, Longmeadow, Montgomery, Russell, Southwick, Springfield, Tolland, West Springfield, Westfield and Wilbraham. Additionally, this center also now serves those formerly covered by the Holyoke Office. This includes the following communities: Belchertown, Chesterfield, Chicopee, Easthampton, Granby, Holyoke, Ludlow, Middlefield, Monson, Northampton, Palmer, South Hadley, Southampton, Ware, Westhampton, and Worthington.

To Make a Referral
Any individual with a disability can inquire about obtaining services. Friends, relatives, and healthcare providers can also refer an individual to MassAbility. Our services are designed to assist individuals with disabilities in making informed choices about work.
