The Community Outreach Working Group is one of the objective working groups for the Digital Accessibility and Equity Governance Board. The group provides recommendations to create an accessible, usable, and inclusive digital environment for all the Commonwealth of Massachusetts employees and residents to fully participate in programs, services, and activities.

The Community Outreach Working Group contributes to engaging community stakeholders to collect feedback to enhance accessibility across digital channels under the Digital Accessibility and Equity Governance Board.

Working Group Objectives
- Advance digital accessibility and equity for all Commonwealth employees and the public
- Provide recommendations to create an accessible, usable, and inclusive digital environment for all MA employees and residents to fully participate in programs, services, and activities
FY26 Goals
- Connect and engage with disability and accessibility organizations.
- Host feedback sessions with employees and external constituents to learn about their digital experiences.
- Implement the feedback form to create a scalable feedback mechanism.
- Create an employee resource group.
FY25 Goals
- Create a digital accessibility feedback form for constituents.
- Hold feedback sessions to learn about constituent experiences with state government programs, services, and activities.
