David Capaldo, AIA, Leed AP

As the AGC Member of the Board, Dave has over 30 years of design and construction management experience working primarily in the public sector, particularly in public education. Dave spent the first 20 years of his professional career at the Design Partnership of Cambridge, an architecture firm that specialized in the design of K-12 and higher-ed facilities. Since 2013 Dave has been working for BOND Building Construction, one of the largest Construction Managers in Massachusetts and is now their Vice President of Public Construction. Dave has collaborated with dozens of Massachusetts cities and towns and State colleges to create new and improved public facilities. His extensive knowledge of construction and public design have resulted in several award-winning projects with notable public agency clients.  Dave is a licensed architect, member of the AIA, and is also a licensed construction supervisor. He is a LEED AP accredited professional and also holds an MCCPO certification.
