Due to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and corresponding State of Emergency in Massachusetts, most AGO staff are working remotely. As a result, there may be some delays in responding to public records requests, especially those that require the retrieval of hard copy records that are not available electronically. We do not have a timetable as to when we will be returning to normal operations but will do our best to respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe given these extraordinary circumstances.
