Public employees who work for town, county, city, municipal or state government or an independent authority are generally members of a Massachusetts G.L. c. 32 public retirement system. We encourage you to review our retirement guides to familiarize yourself with your benefits. Local retirement systems administer these benefits. Contact yours for specific questions about your account. General benefits information, forms, and publications can be found here. Completed forms must be returned to your local retirement system for processing.
