These regulations establish a statewide assessment for the implementation of the provisions of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act in Massachusetts. The assessment also provides for compliance assistance to public water systems. 

Current Regulations

These regulations, 310 CMR 21.00, became effective as of December 31, 1993.
