Regulation 310 CMR 76.00: Mercury-Added Product Disposal Ban

These regulations prohibit the disposal of mercury-added products in any manner other than recycling, disposing as hazardous waste, or alternative methods approved by MassDEP.

Current Regulations

These regulations have not been amended since being promulgated in August 2009.
