521 CMR 22.00 governs accessibility requirements for walkways. Walkways shall include but not be limited to all walks, sidewalks, overpasses, bridges, tunnels, underpasses, plazas, courts and other pedestrian pathways, and shall comply with the requirements of this regulation.
