Restrictive Housing Oversight Committee

The Restrictive Housing Oversight Committee (RHOC) oversees restrictive housing policies throughout the Commonwealth's state and county correctional facilities.

The Restrictive Housing Oversight Committee studies the use and impact of restrictive housing on inmates, rates of violence, recidivism, incarceration costs, and self-harm within correctional facilities.
