The EOTSS Customer Engagement Program focuses on understanding the needs of the customer, providing consistency and transparency regarding EOTSS’s service catalog and pricing, and delivering IT services that meet customers’ needs. This includes ongoing review and improvements to the Service Catalog based on Enterprise customer needs and current technology.
Successful customer engagement is based upon service delivery personnel understanding the “big picture” of the EOTSS Customer Engagement Program and how they can best support that overall effort.
