The Cape and Islands Commission on the Status of Women represents towns in all of Barnstable, Dukes, and Nantucket counties, including Aquinnah, Barnstable, Bourne, Brewster, Chatham, Chilmark, Dennis, Eastham, Edgartown, Falmouth, Harwich, Mashpee, Nantucket, Oak Bluffs, Orleans, Provincetown, Sandwich, Truro, Vineyard Haven, Wellfleet, West Tisbury, Yarmouth.
