CBHI Family Voice Forums

MassHealth Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI)

Community Service Agency's (CSA) across the state will host Family Voice Forums. These meetings are an opportunity to hear from caregivers of younger children and young adults regarding their experiences with the MassHealth children's behavioral healthcare system. Their input provides a critical understanding to the areas of strength and need within the service delivery model. While the CSAs have been asked to coordinate these meetings, participation is open to caregivers who have had experiences with any of the CBHI services.
