APPLICANTS PLEASE NOTE:DSB ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS DCAMM DIVERSITY STATEMENTDiversity emphasis in Designer Selection: In the Affirmative Marketing Section of the ads – we describe the goals for MBE and WBE participation, but we are also looking for what we call a ‘Diversity Focus Statement’ – which is your opportunity to describe your approach to diversity in your firms and in the formulation of your applicant teams. We are encouraging creativity in forming teams, and in dividing up the anticipated work of the projects. SECTION 10 in the application form is the space to provide ‘any additional information or description of resources supporting the qualifications of your firm and that of your subconsultants for the proposed project’ – this is the identified space to include your Diversity Focus Statement in addition to other materials responding to the evaluation factors and experience requested in the ad.
MBW/WBE PARTICIPATIONApplicants are strongly encouraged to utilize multiple disciplines and firms to meet their MBE/WBE goals. Consultants to the prime can team within their disciplines in order to meet the MBE/WBE goals. |

NOTICE REGARDING ONLINE REGISTRATION:
The Designer Selection Board utilizes AUTOCENE Enterprise Automation software, also known as the Designer Selection Network, for its operations to meet statutory disclosure requirements. Applications must be completed through the Designer Selection Network. Applicants can login or register here.
The Designer Selection Network enables registrants access to all DSB operations online. All firms (prime and sub-consultant firms) are required to register using the attached instructions.
Firms can update the disclosure form and develop an online profile. Firms can add references to their account attached instructions. Registered firms will have full access to the platform to apply to DSB projects, select sub-consultants, search the database, compile teams, and respond to evaluations.
The Designer Selection Network is used by public agencies and municipalities statewide to enter their evaluations for all public projects in Massachusetts. Attached instructions.
