MRC Specific Resources

Job Driven Skills Training

MRC has partnered with employers to create job driven training programs to train and employ MRC consumers. These programs provide consumers with the skills and experience to develop a career path. To date, MRC has developed job driven trainings with CVS Health, Advance Auto Parts, Home Depot, G4S, Allied Barton Security Services, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Lowe's.

On-The-Job Training and Evaluation (OJT /OJE)

The OJT / OJE program gives employers incentives to hire people with disabilities and to create a more diverse workforce. People with disabilities receive training and skills for career development, while being paid.

Annual Hiring Event

The MRC Federal Hiring Event, in partnership with US Office of Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP), provides consumers with access to jobs, and federal contractors access to qualified applicants.

Account Management System

MRC staff maintain business relationships with employers at the local, regional and statewide level to develop and secure jobs for qualified MRC consumers that are ready, willing, and able to work.
