Under the authority of COVID-19 Order No. 20: Order Authorizing the Executive Office of Health and Human Services to Adjust Essential Provider Rates During the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, EOHHS has issued a number of administrative bulletins, which are different from proposed regulations, but that adjust certain rates or allow for supplemental payments for certain medical or social services. Interested parties may submit comments on these administrative bulletins for up to two weeks after they are posted. The following is a list of notices, by date of publication, about proposed EOHHS regulations. Click on a link to view the corresponding full notice and proposed regulations.
All persons desiring to submit data, views, or arguments about proposed regulations may do so in writing by the date indicated on the notice. Refer to the full notice for the mailing address for submitting comments, or submit them by email at ehs-regulations@mass.gov. EOHHS is not required to respond to comments; however, all comments are reviewed and considered.
For proposed regulations, the date published is the date the notice appeared in the newspaper and marks the beginning of the 21-day public-comment period, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, s. 3. For administrative bulletins issued under COVID-19 Order No. 20, the date published is the date the bulletin appeared on the EOHHS website, and marks the beginning of the 14-day public comment period, pursuant to COVID-19 Order No. 20.
