The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), in coordination with the Department of Industrial Accidents (DIA), will host a listening session to gather public input on our current workers’ compensation medical payment rates and methodologies.

This listening session is part of EOHHS’s ongoing exploration of potential updates to the workers’ compensation medical payment rate system. While no regulatory changes have been proposed, EOHHS seeks input from medical providers, insurers, claimants, and other interested stakeholders to better understand how current rates affect workers’ compensation coverage, consumer access to care, quality of care, and the overall experience of injured workers.

Listening Session Details:

Your input will help inform any future policy considerations. If you are unable to attend the listening session, you may provide written comments to EOHHS at ehs-regulations@mass.gov no later than October 17, 2025.

Special accommodation requests may be directed to the Disability Accommodations Ombudsman by email at ADAAccommodations@mass.gov or by phone at (617) 847-3468,  TTY: (617) 847-3788. Please send your request by 5 p.m. on October 3, 2025.
