Schedule a callback

To avoid waiting on hold, claimants have the option to schedule a callback from the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) TeleClaim Center.

You may schedule a callback during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. By scheduling a callback, you are requesting that a DUA representative return your call at a time of your choosing.

How to request a callback

To schedule a callback, please do the following:

  • In the space below, select the date that you would like us to call you. You may choose any available date between Monday and Friday of the current week.
  • Select the hour you prefer, and choose an available time slot within that hour
  • Review the selected date and time
  • Enter the telephone number that you wish for us to call
  • Click “Submit”

Important note: If the callback feature is not available, it means that all slots are full and there are no available times remaining. Please check back at the beginning of the following day to schedule a callback.
