Schedule a callback

To avoid waiting on hold, claimants have the option to schedule a callback from the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) TeleClaim Center.

You may schedule a callback during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. By scheduling a callback, you are requesting that a DUA representative return your call at a time of your choosing.

How to request a callback

To schedule a callback, please do the following:

  • In the space below, select the date that you would like us to call you. You may choose any available date between Monday and Friday of the current week.
  • Select the hour you prefer, and choose an available time slot within that hour
  • Review the selected date and time
  • Enter the telephone number that you wish for us to call
  • Click “Submit”
