Special Notices for Electronic Asset Verification

Special Notices for Electronic Asset Verification

The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) has contracted with Public Consulting Group to provide asset verification services for certain MassHealth applicants. The change from a manual to an electronic process for asset verification is to comply with federal law and a directive from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, a federal government agency. MassHealth will attempt to electronically verify assets through PCG’s web-based system for all individuals who are applying for the following MassHealth programs: Buy-In (only), Long-Term Care (LTC), Community Traditional, and Home- and Community-Based Services Waivers.
