Sportfish Angler Data Collection Team

Looking to volunteer to help conservation efforts? This program accepts volunteer anglers to collect data of selected fish species.

About SADCT

The Sportfish Angler Data Collection Team (SADCT) collect biological samples of fish in state waters. SADCT data is used by the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission to protect certain species.

This program lets interested and dedicated anglers study the marine species they enjoy. All participants receive an annual study report with an individualized summary on the fish they sampled.

If you'd like to find out more about SADCT, contact Kim Trull at (978) 282-0308 extension 129 orĀ kimberly.trull@state.ma.us.
