The 90± acres (core campus) parcel is owned by the Town of Westborough under the Sale Partnership Agreement with the Commonwealth. The parcel includes approximately 43 structures totaling approximately 550,000 SF of historic buildings and historic landscape areas, and is listed on the National and State Registers of Historic Places. Currently zoned for mixed use by special permit.
Status: In October 2016, the Town of Wesborough issued Request for Proposals. Three (3) proposals were received . The Board of Selectmen designated Pulte Homes as site developer to construct 700 units of over 55 housing.
