EBO gives government agencies the ability to develop and apply a Civil Rights, Labor Management, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program. The online EBO self-tutorial allows contractors in a company to access the certification training. The EBO Training Module is available at www.ebotraining.com. Several MassDOT contractors tested the EBO product, providing contributions to the final product.
