The Details
What you need
- Your firm should be a MassDOT contractor or subcontractor.
- A principal of the firm must complete and submit your application for login access to the EBO System.
- Your firm must inform MassDOT of who the Primary Log-In Holder is. This person may be anyone picked by your firm (for example, your firm's Civil Rights Officer). The Primary Log-In Holder will be responsible for all sub-users in the System.
- Each firm/Federal ID Number receives one log-in ID and password.
- When your firm receives the initial log-in ID and password, your firm’s Primary Login Holder can create log-in ID for others within your firm.
