The Peer-to-Peer/Training and Technical Assistance Grant (P2P/ TAT) is designed to showcase innovative Massachusetts Workforce Development programs, projects, and best practices via a national website where other states can review and request training and technical assistance directly from the Massachusetts Workforce Development system and its partners.
