TURA Regulations and Amendments

The Administrative Council is the governing body of the TURA program and is responsible for program policy oversight.

The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs as the statutory chairperson of the Administrative Council, promulgates into regulation actions taken by the Administrative Council on Toxics Use Reduction. The Council makes determinations on petitions to list and delist chemicals; determines the list of reportable substances for the TURA program; designated higher and lower hazard substances; designated priority user segments; and sets reporting fees.
