So we'll go ahead and select the filing type. There's two types; there's an E-file and E-file and Serve.

The difference between the two is that E-file and Serve is when the filer wants to electronically file with the court and provide copies electronically to email addresses that they choose.

We'll go ahead and just select E-file.

The filing codes in this case are going to be the Summary Process and Complaint, the Affidavit of Compliance, and the Notice to Quit.

We'll go ahead and submit those.

The Filing Description is the name of the document you are filing.

The Client Reference Number is the firm's client billing code or firm tracking number.

Comments to the court is any comments that you would like to submit to the reviewer. This will not be part of the actual case.

Courtesy copies, you may enter an additional email addresses here if you'd like a copy of this filing sent to them.

Then we can go ahead and select the filing on who we're on behalf of.

Save Changes, and be sure to click on Add Another Filing.

And finally the Notice to Quit.
