And that's when I realized I needed help. As a Latino man, you don't really get the support you need. You can't show weakness. It's all a game. So having a therapist, you know, I could just feel me, you know, feel heard, feel seen, without any pressures of the world. It's transformed me. I'm not who I was two years ago.
