First, let's sign into the MA Contractor Hub.

You can access the MA Contractor Hub by visiting the HIC Program page on mass.gov and clicking on the link to the MA Contractor Hub.

Then click on Contractor Login to access your services.

Enter your My Mask of Account credentials here, your e-mail and your password and follow the on screen instructions to verify your account.

If this is your first time logging in, click Create an Account, Read the Consent, click Continue and enter your contractor business e-mail associated with any existing or prior HIC registrations.

If applicable, send the verification code and enter the code sent to your e-mail.

After this you will be prompted to enter in your first and last name, create a password and set up multi factor authentication to secure your account.

Now you are all set to log in.

Here you can access all contractor services provided by the HIC program.

Need to apply for a new HIC registration or a new year Existing registration?

You can also manage your account information here, generate a registration card or request a supplemental registration card.

Keep in mind that only the responsible person indicated on an account can generate a registration card or request a supplemental registration card paying outstanding balances, including fees or fines.

And view contractor resources on the mass.gov website along the toolbar at the top.

You can look at your account information here.

Look at your team or your employees.

Look at any applications you've submitted for registration.

Look at any registrations that have been approved by the HCC program, past and present.

Or you can look up HIC registered contractors via the business name or the HIC number.

If you click this drop down, you can also see some arbitration specific actions that you can take here.

When applying for a new registration, you will see information at the top of the application regarding the registration fee.

Please note that additional documentation is required for contractors who operate under ADBA.

Also, corporations, LLCS, partnerships, LLPS and trusts are required to submit the documentation that was filed with the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth Corporation's Division.

In particular, please include your partnership agreement.

Lastly, out of state corporations are required to submit foreign corporation certificates of registration from the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth.

Now when renewing your registration, you will have to select the registration that you would like to renew and make sure that all the information on the application is fully up to date, including any documentation that needs to be provided based off of your contractor business.
