In this video we will show you how to download dashboard information as an image, a PDF, or a PowerPoint. First, select the download icon at the bottom of the screen. It will resemble a box with a down facing arrow. A pop up menu will appear and we will first select the image icon. Click on the downloaded file to review your image.
Now we will download a PDF of our dashboard. Again, select the download icon at the bottom of the screen. When the pop up menu appears, select the PDF icon. Another pop up menu will appear which will allow you to select different options. These options are information you wish to include. Scaling, paper size, and orientation. For this example, we will choose specific sheets from this workbook.
This allows you to choose multiple dashboard sheets that correspond with the tabs at the top of the screen.
We will choose the January 1st snapshot, institution, and Inmate type sheets. We will leave scaling on automatic. We will leave the paper size on letter and we will change the orientation to landscape. Next we will click the create PDF icon. Click on the downloaded file to review your PDF. All of the information you have chosen is presented on its own page within the PDF.
Now we will download the information into a PowerPoint. Again, select the download icon at the bottom of the screen. When the pop up menu appears, select the PowerPoint icon. Another pop up menu will appear, which will allow you to select which information you would like to include. For this example, we will leave it on this view. Next, select the download icon.
Click on the downloaded file to review your PowerPoint presentation. A title page and all of the information you have chosen is presented on its own page in the presentation.
