When thinking about sustainability, we must first think about building an inclusive community, and that's more than just opening doors. It's ensuring that when people walk through those doors, they are seen, heard, valued, and empowered. Whether we are strengthening our policies, our vision, our community relationships, we are doing the essential work of sustainability. Two, sustainability is not just keeping the core in place. It's about creating a social structure that is strong enough to withhold crises, but flexible enough to grow with our vision
