transcript  Update MassHealth on Any Changes to Your Information

  • MassHealth Members!  Due to the COVID-19 emergency, MassHealth has been maintaining your health coverage, but soon we will be returning to normal eligibility renewal processes. This means we must renew all members to make sure they still qualify for their current MassHealth coverage.
  • Make sure to check all mail from MassHealth. You may need to take action to get the best benefit you qualify for.
  • Here’s what you can do now to make your renewal process easier
  • Update your contact information.
  • It is important that MassHealth has your current contact information, like your mailing address phone number, and email address.
  • This will ensure that you receive all important updates and notices from MassHealth.  
  • Also make sure you report any changes in your household, like a new job, changes to your income, or disability status.
  • You should also report if someone in your household becomes pregnant, or if someone has moved out of the household.
  • You can update your information and report changes by calling MassHealth Customer Service at 1-800-841-2900
  • Make sure to look out for a letter in a blue envelope from MassHealth in the coming months to avoid any gaps in your health coverage.  UPDATE NOW TO STAY COVERED.
