[Opening shot is on an elderly Latina women sitting directly to camera. She says:]

"What powers your independence?"

[Next shot is the Latina woman getting help around the house from a black female home health aide. The shot then transitions to a white female home health aide approaching an elderly Latino man who's sitting on the couch. The shot then transitions to an elderly Asian woman having a tea party with her granddaughter in the kitchen. The Asian woman says directly to camera:]

"My Independence is powered by the Senior Nutrition Program" 

[The shot then transitions back to the black home health aide draping a blanket over the Latina woman. The Latina women then looks to camera and says:] "My independence is powered by the Home Care Program."

[Next shot is back on the elderly Latino man. A young woman walks into the room holding a yoga mat. She approached the elderly Latino man who is still sitting on the couch. They embrace, and together, look at the camera and say] "Our independence is powered by Caregiver Support."

[She then kisses the man on the cheek and leaves. She waves goodbye to the home health aide, who remains beside the elderly man.
