Wellness Tax Credit

The statute that established the Wellness Tax Credit expired in December, 2017.

The Wellness Tax Credit was designed to encourage Massachusetts workplaces to offer wellness programs for their employees. As the Wellness Tax Credit has not been reauthorized by statute, the Department of Public Health will not be accepting new applications for seal of approval of wellness programs.
