As required by Chapter 503 of the Acts of 1983, the Division of Local Mandates (“DLM”) has determined the fiscal year 2023 incremental cost to be incurred by each city and town for the next state primary to be conducted in September 2022 and general election to be conducted in November 2022. DLM has certified that the fiscal year 2023 statewide amount required by Chapter 503 is $2,083,736.08.

This revised certification was based on the historical number of precincts in the various municipalities and include the most recent census data and re-precincting information from 89 cities and towns.
