Matter addressed violations of state's rules governing the sanitary harvest of shellfish necessary to safeguard public health and permitting and catch report requirements. This included: (1) possessing and selling shellfish without a complete and accurate shellfish harvester tag affixed to each container of shellfish; (2) sale of shellfish without a valid Commercial Shellfish Permit and Transaction Card; and (3) submitting falsified, incomplete, and inaccurate catch reports. Final Agency Action resulted in the permanent revocation of Parson's Commercial Shellfish Permit and Transaction Card.
