Matter involved violations of commercial and recreational striped bass fishing regulations. This included: (1) commercial striped bass fishing during a closed commercial fishing day; (2) possession of striped bass in excess of recreational striped bass limit during a closed commercial fishing day; and (3) possession of striped bass measuring greater than 34-inches total length by a commercial permit holder without on a closed commercial fishing day without removing the right pectoral fin. Final Agency Action resulted in a three-year suspension of Dennis' Commercial Boat Permit and regulated fishery permit endorsement for striped bass.
