Matter involved lobster conservation and management violations. This included: (1) hauling, molesting, and possessing another person's lobster trap gear without their consent; (2) violations of minimum carapace size limits; (3) violations of maximum carapace size limits; (4) possession of female v-notched lobsters; and (5) possession of egg-bearing female lobsters.
