LANGUAGE ASSISTANCE
For Applicants: If you do not speak English well and need help applying for or understanding the Emergency Assistance program, EOHLC will provide free over-the-phone language translation services.

For Program Participants: If you have already been determined eligible and placed in a shelter, and you need an interpreter to help you understand a document you received or something else about the program, tell your shelter provider that you speak a language other than English, and an over-the-phone interpreter will be provided to you free of charge.
