COVID Test:  Trustees who will attend “In person” the April 13th  meeting, you will need to report to the Holyoke Soldiers Home “Out Patient Department Entrance” on Monday April 12th  2021 between 0630-0900 to have a rapid and PCR COVID Test taken to gain entry into the facility for the April 13th

PUBLIC COMMENT:  PUBLIC COMMENT WILL BE HELD TO 2 MINUTES WITH A MAXIMUM OF 6 INDIVIDUALS MAKING COMMENT.THOSE WISHING TO MAKE PUBLIC COMMENT SHOULD EMAIL THEIR NAME   AND A SHORT SYNOPSIS OF WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS TO THE BOARD TO:   debra.foley@state.ma.us
