Overview of Board Meeting
The Siting Board meeting will be conducted using Zoom videoconferencing, consistent with recently enacted legislation regarding Open Meeting Law following the ending of the State of Emergency. The Siting Board will meet to consider the Tentative Decision in EFSB 19-03/D.P.U. 19-15. Parties and limited participants will be afforded the opportunity to present oral comments to the Board at the meeting.
