Overview
Pursuant to Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §§18-25, 980 CMR 2.04(1), and St. 2021, c. 20, recent legislation allowing the continuation of remote open meetings via videoconferencing until April 1, 2022, the Siting Board meeting will be conducted using Zoom videoconferencing. The Siting Board will meet to consider the Tentative Decision in EFSB 19-04/D.P.U. 19-77/19-78 and EFSB 18-04/D.P.U. 18-96. Parties and limited participants will be afforded the opportunity to present oral comments to the Board at the meeting.
